Fir Ends Primary School

The Governing Body of Fir Ends School has the responsibility for raising school standards through three core strategic functions:

a. Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school;

b. Holding the Head Teacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils; and

c. Overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.

There is also a link to a file containing minutes from GB meetings.  Minutes are only published on the website after they have been ratified at the next full GB meeting: this means that they will typically be at least three months behind.
