Enhanced school communication
If you can read this, you've clearly found the app in the relevant app store for your device.
This app is linked directly to our website, so updates there will be reflected here too.
More importantly, this should be a positive step towards reducing the amount of paper sent home with children! Newsletters and other school news can now be sent direct via this app and, over time, we hope that this will become the default way for the majority of parents to receive information from school.
We also hope that it will be more reliable than SMS messaging in our rural catchment - we know that signal problems can often mean messages aren't received until people leave the house, whereas a wi-fi connected device should pick up all messages instantly!
An appointment booking system will be added shortly, bringing progress meeting bookings into the app too.
Let us know how it works for you; we'll begin offering an opt-out for paper versions of communications over the coming term.
